The UAE FA is providing genuine return to Mubadala by bringing leading sports experience to the business world covering team building, motivation and wellbeing

        Developing tomorrow's leaders: - Mubadala is working closely with the UAEFA to increase participation in football across the country by:

        • Developing essential infrastructure and facilities
        • Encourage young people to participate in football, to realize first-hand the countless opportunities available to them
        • Active support of the FIFA Club World Cup Volunteers Program

      1. Realising opportunities for community growth and development in Abu Dhabi
      2. Sport is an essential part of a healthy community - it inspires passion, rewards teamwork, celebrates commitment, recognises unique talent, and brings people together.
      3.  The program of activity has focused to date on actively engaging the UAE National Community, Mubadala Employees and the Abu Dhabi Business Community.  Examples of activity include:

        • The Mubadala Football Experience - over 15,000 members of the community were treated to an interactive football experience
        • The Mubadala "come try football" experience at the 2009 FIFA Club World Cup Trophy Tour - staged at 17 venues within a month, Mubadala gave the opportunity for 3,500 kids to try the game of football under the watchful eye of UAE FA coaches
        • Official support of the FIFA Club World Cup Volunteer Program including offering high performing volunteers with Mubadala internships and places on the Mubadala Leadership Program
        • Exclusive launch of the Mubadala Employee engagement program; including meet and greets with UAE National Team players and exclusive ticket offers for Mubadala employees and specially designed programs to encourage employees to get actively involved with the partnerships
        • Hospitality program for the UAE Business Community around the 2009 FIFA Club World Cup
