Michelle is a former international hockey player, and joined as the first graduate in 1998 and has since grown up with the Fast Track family in the staging of major televised and non-televised events. She is responsible for all elements of Fast Track's event delivery working with many UK and worldwide events. Excellent relationships have been built with event partners such as the broadcasters, charities, local authorities, development agencies, Governing Bodies of Sport, public funding partners and commercial sponsors.

In addition to the current Fast Track projects, Michelle has overseen the successful Event Team involvement in a number of major projects, including World Indoor and Outdoor Athletics Championships, Manchester 2002 Commonwealth Games, Qatar Sports International and the bidding process for UK cities to host the UK School Games.
