Fast Track Consulting specialises in planning, managing and implementing partnership strategies for companies that wish to use sponsorship as a platform for driving business, whether B2B or B2C. We provide a comprehensive service to clients including initial sponsorship research, strategic development and contract negotiation, activation planning, rights delivery, event management, exploitation and sponsorship PR. We put in place bespoke measurement models to quantify ROI and work with a host of brands including Heineken, The Times, GlaxoSmithKline, Camelot, Group 4 Securicor, Clydesdale Bank, Volvo, MMC, Land Rover and Aviva, for a number of whom we have won industry awards.
The graduate role is an opportunity to learn the basics of the Fast Track business with a view to becoming a key member of the team. It will include:
> spending at least 40% of time on one specific account
> assisting in the delivery of appropriate agency support for that account, including taking ownership of specified areas and working within the account team wherever is needed
> working with other client specific teams to provide support both in the office and on the ground at events where required
> learning from other members of the Fast Track team across the broad scope of the agencies services
> training both on internal and external courses
> assisting in the collation of support materials for presentation and pitches
> researching into existing and potential clients including web based research
