Events Graduates
Our Events Team create, manage and deliver major sporting events around the UK. We work across a number of major events that are staged to meet the objectives of host cities,
National Governing Bodies of sport, and partners who fund and sponsor the events. Events are often created to maximise untapped sporting opportunities around the country, and we pride ourselves on the delivery of these.
Fast Track annually stages the following events with key partners including UK Athletics, British Paralympic Association, Youth Sport Trust and British University and College Sports.
- UK Athletics run six televised events at indoor and outdoor venues throughout the UK.
- Paralympic World Cup is the largest international annual multi-sport competition in disability sport. Approximately 324 athletes from 41 countries participate in four sports in Manchester each year.
- UK School Games is a four day multi-sport, multi-venue competition which featured nine sports with over 1500 athletes in 2008.
- In 2008 Fast Track staged the inaugural British University Championships, which featured 20 university sports over one weekend throughout venues in Sheffield.
