Edward Leask - Director
Edward was educated at the Portsmouth Grammar School, England, following which he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He has been involved with the Sponsorship Industry since 1970, having for the last 30 years been Alan Pascoe's business partner. Major projects have included: Founder Partner of Major League Soccer in the USA, including the management of the successful DC United Team; rights marketing and event management with the Commonwealth Games since Auckland 1990.
On the Sports front, Edward obtained a Silver medal in the Flying Dutchman Olympic Class in the 1970 World Championships and subsequently came 4th in the Soling Class in the 1984 and 1988 Olympics. Edward is Vice Chairman of the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy which will be the Yachting venue for the 2012 Olympic Games.
