Overview
In 1998, Fast Track was appointed as the exclusive Media, Rights Marketing and Event Management Agency to UK Athletics.
Our Role
Fast Track works closely with major broadcasters and print titles to generate coverage and raise the profile of the sport throughout the UK. This involves creating substantial print and broadcast PR features with leading titles and mainstream media underpinned with strong regional coverage.
Activity
Fast Track runs major press conferences, photo calls and media events to generate interest in the sport and its events. This has included covering international stars, local heroes and profiling the next generation of UK Athletics stars.
Results
Since 1998, Fast Track has successfully increased media value year-on-year for both the sport and its leading sponsor, Norwich Union. Equivalent media value for Norwich Union with direct association to the UKA televised events in 2005 was calculated at £1.85million.
