Our principle focus with G4S has been to develop and implement a programme called the G4S 4Teen, a global programme that focuses on the organisations developing markets and aims to unite the 560,000 people who currently work within the organisation. As the biggest employer in the FTSE the programme has now become one of the key pillars of the internal communications programme and is now increasingly focussed on driving employee engagement and to deliver a sense of one G4S.
