Andrea Ptohopoullos - Group Director, HR & Operations
Andrea joined the Fast Track team in 2002 with 18 years senior management experience from her successful career at Virgin Atlantic Airways, where she was one of the founder members. During this time Andrea was responsible for building Virgin Atlantic's London office and worked as Head of Business Development overseeing 25 staff to develop new routes through partnerships with tour operators and tourist boards.
Working alongside Entrepreneur Richard Branson gave Andrea a valuable insight into personnel development and the skills to develop innovative employee management programmes. At Fast Track, Andrea has been responsible for the creation of the HR Department which has included the implementation of all company policies and performance directives concerned with personnel development and management.
