Overview
The G4S 4teen is an International sponsorship programme which supports 14 young Olympic hopefuls from disadvantaged backgrounds across its key developing markets around the world. Fast Track created and continues to lead the programme which provides the athletes with funding and mentoring as well as on going investment into their education and community.
Objectives

- To develop relationships with key stakeholders and customers, worldwide
Key activities and results
- Over 1500 children from G4S 4teen athlete communities have taken part in sports events
- Local community partnerships have been established in all 14 markets
- 4 athletes have become confident English speakers as a result of G4S 4teen support
- All Top 300 Senior Management have attended G4S4teen camps
- Key customers, government & diplomatic community, investors and regulators have been hosted at major events
- Regional employee events have been hosted at G4S offices in all 14 markets
- International employee events have been held in London, Dubai, Nairobi, Lima, Manila and Bangkok
- All office based employees receive a monthly HTML newsletter
- Over £1.8m media value generated in key markets in 12 months
- 7 Trans World Sport features have been broadcast to over 35 G4S markets with a media value of $3.15m
