Role Title Account Director
Reporting to: Business Director
Role Purpose:
To have ultimate responsibility for the management and growth of a multisport, multi discipline sponsorship activation account – from a creative, financial, relationship and operational perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial management of a client account, with a focus on maximising profitability and an aim to increase agency remit
- First point of contact within the agency for all client related matters
- Develop extensive knowledge of the clients business and all related industries and any influencing factors
- Advising client on sponsorship opportunities based on industry and market knowledge or insight
- Build communication and sponsorship strategy for the client
- Liaison with internal departments and agencies as required to deliver the client programme
- Influence decision making processes, within fast track and the client organisation
- Industry awareness, under taking constant competitor analysis to ensure the client is receiving world class service
- Managing a dedicated team to include performance review, individual development whilst building a trusting supportive working environment and demonstrating clear leadership skills
Skills knowledge & expertise
This is a diverse role that requires an Account Director with broad experience in sponsorship consultancy, brand activation, events and communications. In particular an understanding of wider brand marketing is required. Candidates will be expected to have a proven track record of managing client relationships, partners and other agencies.
- 7+ years’ experience within the sports industry
- Brand marketing experience
- Solid understanding of building budgets
- Contract negotiation.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent relationship management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent client liaison skills
- Ability to delegate effectively and a willingness to lead by example
- Advanced IT skills

Role Title DIGITAL Account MANAGER
Reporting to: Head of Digital
Role Purpose
To work alongside Fast Track account teams to develop the delivery and growth of social media/digital Campaigns
Key Responsibilities
• To create processes to deliver social media/digital campaigns to clients – outreach, profile management, communications strategy and execution, monitoring and analysis and integration into sponsorship planning process
• To create content and optimisation for sport centric social media/digital campaigns
• To sell social media/digital solutions to account teams, current clients and be involved in new business pitches
• To plan, manage and deliver social media/digital projects both externally and internally
• To manage external suppliers lists
• To prepare and manage all social media/digital reporting, both externally and internally
